    The wholesale price list is per Kg which consists of 6 4oz bundles while the retail price list is per bundle (4oz). We usually include the retail price-list when we send out the wholesale price list so you could see at a glance the profit margin when you buy in bulk to resell. Of course, you could always choose to retail at higher rate and increase your profit margin further, however, if you are a new distributor, we recommend to keep the prices uniform.

    Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for wholesale purchases is 3kg (10 bundles). Hair will be shipped immediately if requested type and lengths are available otherwise it will be shipped in 10 days.

    Our Wholesale Membership is one of the most cost effective and efficient methods to get your hair business started. Purchasing hair inventory is expensive and can be tedious to manage. With our program you no longer have to invest thousands in inventory.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed. Business hours are Monday through Friday 10-5pm. You can email us to get the status of your order. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond, we normally ship Monday through Friday. Please allow each order time to be processed and shipped which could take up to 7 business days. * Shipping & Processing may take longer for International Orders. Sale orders will be shipped in the order in which they were received. Sale items may take longer to ship due to volume sales and demand.

    FRAUD PREVENTION

    My BIB Hair is PCI DSS compliant and 100 % safe and secure for online payment processing. We work diligently to protect the safety and security of our customers and our assets. All orders are at our discretion to be checked for fraudulent activity on varying levels of research. If we are unable to verify your payment through the information you have provided, we will communicate what is needed for us to move forward with the order process. Additional information, including but not limited to, a photo ID, passport and/or payment details may be requested. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. *(Note: All Shipping addresses are verified through US Postal service, If you are unsure of your shipping address, Please refer to USPS.com, does not apply to international addresses)

    SECURITY CONFIRMATION

    Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers. Security confirmation may be required if any of the below criteria are applicable: • Billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider • Shipping address is different from billing address • Order total is greater than a designated value. • We ship all packages by USPS Priority Mail • We DO NOT ship items to PO Boxes. We only ship within the Continental United STATES. • All address information must be verified.

    REFUND POLICY

    Due to the nature of our hair, all Sale Hair Promotions and deals are final. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and inform us of your issue. While we have a strict NO REFUND policy for Sale items at our own discretion we may allow exchange. So please be sure of your purchase before check out. Shipping on sale its can take up to 14 days. If your items becomes out of stock or back ordered we will email you the status of your order.  

    RETURNS

    Customer satisfaction and quality control are our top priorities. Each bundle is checked and cared for prior to being sent out. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products please contact us at info@mybibhair.com.

    We do not offer refunds. However, we will offer an exchange or store credit for defective items only. You must contact a member of our customer service team at within the first 7 days of the receipt of your order if it is defective. In order for the exchange or store credit to be granted we must receive the hair for inspection first. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or store credit request. Please note there is a 5% restocking fee for any accepted exchange or store credit. In addition, you are responsible for all return shipping fees. The product must be sent back in the manner in which it was received. We will not accept products that have been installed or altered (untied, washed, colored, lifted, etc). We encourage you to check for length, color, texture, shedding, and tangling as soon as you recieve the package with the ties/tags still attached to the product. Due to federal law we cannot accept used extensions.

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, ABANDONED, OR REFUSED PACKAGES. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

    We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes will be updated.

  • PROCESSING TIME

    There is a processing/production time of 2-3 business days on all orders. All orders received after 5PM will be processed the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.

    Orders take up to 48-72 business hours to process & verify credit card information before your order is shipped. Shipping time and process & verify credit card information time are totally different. Please allow 7 business days AFTER processing for your order to be received. *Shipping & Processing may take longer for International Orders. Upon shipping, you will be notified by e-mail with tracking information. We do not offer overnight shipping in order to ensure credit card information is valid. Any international inquires may contact us via email first.

    Products requested to ship to an address that is not the same of the credit card billing address may take a longer time to process do to verification of the legitimacy of the authorization of the purchase. Additional verification may be requested by My BIB Hair for address confirmation. If your address is "unconfirmed", you will be contacted via email for us to receive a written statement that this is indeed your credit card information, address and that you authorize this purchase. This is to avoid credit card fraud, to ultimately protect our business and our customers.

    Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. A signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered. If no one is available at the address, all packages will be returned to your local post office. You must provide valid proof of ID to obtain your package. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

    We suggest that you do not book your hair appointment until your order is received. We are not responsible for any missed appointments.

    All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party. your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of My BIB Hair.

    PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED

    We can't guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers, but we will do our part to make sure you get your order delivered on time and without any damage. At times, there are unforeseeable acts of nature and others issues that may arise, and the shipping carrier may not be able to perform their duties to get the delivery there on time. In the rare event that this happens, My BIB Hair cannot be held liable for late, lost, stolen, damaged packages. We will do everything we can do assist with the delivery of your products. However, we cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.

    Delivery confirmation is provided on all orders with in the U.S. Delivery Confirmation includes notification of a sent package and are successfully delivered package. Real-time tracking is with delivery confirmation.

    My BIB Hair is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This is a matter for the United States Postal Service. Once we have shipped the items with a tracking number and it has been marked as delivered by the United States Postal Service, we do not provide refunds. Please file a claim with the United States Postal Service by visiting www.onlineclaims.usps.com. 99% of all orders are delivered on time and are not lost.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges during an exchange. If you send back an exchange, please include a note with what items you wish to receive in exchange, the address to send them to, the date your order was placed online, along with your email address.

    DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

    All of our shipments include Delivery Confirmation on every order to guarantee delivery. If the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers for further assistance. We cannot be held accountable for packages when the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

    SHIPPING POLICY

    All orders domestic and international will be shipped via USPS. My BIB Hair uses USPS Signature Delivery Confirmation with every order. Domestic orders will arrive within 7 business days after processing time. International orders will arrive in 10+ business days after processing time and have a $45 flat rate shipping fee. Custom fees may apply, if so we are not responsible. We encourage you to call your local post office to see if custom/duty fees apply. We are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We ask that all customers plan ahead when making their purchases. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL AN ORDER YOU MUST DO SO WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. Any request to cancel an order after 24 hours will be denied.
