1. What is the quality of your hair?

All of the hair types is grade AAAAA quality. Our hairs does not shed, tangle or matt up, and we stand behind the quality of our hair.


2. How many OZ comes in a bundle?


– 3.5oz for the Brazilian, Indian, Malaysian, and Asian hairs
3. How many bundles do I need to complete a full sew-in?
12”-16” needs 2 bundles 18”-24” needs 3 bundles 24”-30” needs 3 to 4 bundles 30”- 36” needs 4 to 5 bundles


4. What is your return or exchange policy?


All sales are final. We will only exchange items in its original state (as received). It must be unopened, unwrapped, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. We do not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored or washed) exchanges must be within 14 days of receipt of hair. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.


5. Can the hairs be colored?


Yes, it can, but we advise that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions.


6. What color does the hair come in?


Virgin hair only comes in natural colors of the donors, which are usually light to dark shades of natural brown. You can indicate in your note and remarks at the time of purchase what color you would prefer, and we will TRY to match that the best we can. We do not guarantee color matching.


7. What is the difference between the 4 different types of hairs?


The difference between the hairs is thickness and quality. Listed below is the best quality, softest, and thickest.
Malaysian- Is comparable to Brazilian hair in thickness and density. It will be slightly shinier and softer than Brazilian hair and offer body to your style.
Brazilian- is a thick texture of hair that will provide body and be slightly dull and coarse. Brazilian hair has been on the market the longest.
Indian- Is the finest silkiest texture of hair we offer. It is shiny and provides volume.
Asian-is thicker than Brazilian and Malaysian hair. It is soft yet course texture with a heavier density.


8. How long does the hair typically last?


6 months to a year depending on care.


9. Why was my order placed under review?


Your order will be placed in review status if you are shipping to a different address from your billing address. If you are we must confirm with the credit card that it is a legitimate purchase before we ship your order out. This rule applies to overnight shipping as well.?


10. Do you offer bundle deals?


We offer bundle deal sales sometimes, however; all hair extensions are sold per one bundle.


11. Can I cut the weft?


Our wefts are not meant to be cut, if you need to cut your weft we recommend sealing the ends so that hair will not shed at point of cut.


12. Will my hair wave up again after I straighten it?


Yes, it will, but the more you straighten the hair the more you will lose the pattern. It is important to remember that the hair is not attached to any cuticles so it no longer is receiving any nourishment, so if you continuously straighten you will relax the pattern just like you would with your own hair.


13. Why is a signature confirmation required?


Signature confirmation is required because it is a liability not to require a signature. Leaving a package can get lost or stolen.


14. PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION


At the moment all orders are running on a 5-7 business day processing/production time. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Order after 5:00 pm EST are processed the next business day.


15. Can orders be cancelled or modified?


Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please read our processing policy and shipping policy before placing a order. In addition you can reference our return policy for additional information.
Please read all shipping information, in its entirety, before placing an order. If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order.
When placing an order, please be sure that the billing/ shipping information associated with the credit card are identical. You may have to call and update your information with your credit card company. Billing and Shipping information that do NOT match, are considered "Unconfirmed" and will be cancelled .

• Payments can take up to 24 hours to clear. The day your payment clears, is the day that processing will begin for your order.
• If your order is placed on a Friday, your 'Processing Time' will not begin until the next business day; which would be Monday.
• 360 Lace Frontals may take an additional 4 business days.
• Closure/Frontals Orders ship within 5-7 business days.
• Regular Bundle Collection ships within 5-7 business days.

Custom Orders
• Ship within 18-25 business days depending on the item ordered (i.e. Silk top Lace frontal closures,Custom colored Closures )
• Wigs Longer 24" and longer are considered a custom order can take up to 21-25 Days to produce
• If you live in an apartment, please be sure to put the abbreviation 'Apt' along side your apartment number. If not, in some areas, this could affect your delivery with the postal service. The package may be marked as undeliverable.
• We cannot make any changes to shipping information once your order has been placed.
• Billing and shipping information must be the same
• Please double check your order; i.e. Lengths, Texture, Type of Hair, and your shipping information, before completing your order.


In some instances, if you place an order from a cell phone/ tablet, it may cause the website to not properly calculate the additional cost for the product options; such as Add Silk Base /Add 13x4. If your order is placed, and you are not properly charged, you will be billed the additional fees. If you are unable to pay the additional fees, we will ship only the items that were payed for, or we will refund the entire order. Before a decision is made, we will contact you directly.
